Unfortunately we won’t accept items that are damaged or show signs of wear, such as fading, rips or shrinkage.
We do not accept items like school uniform, ball gowns and under garments.
We typically accept most High Street (Chainstore) or Designer brands which are in season. Supermarket brands like Kmart and Warehouse are typically not accepted
Any items that don't meet these requirements will not be sold. We will package them up to be given to those who need them or donated to a charity who can make use of what you no longer need.
Stick your return label on your bag, then request a collection here to have it picked up from your home. Or drop it off at any PostShop or CourierPost shop near you!
Once we receive your bag it will take us up to 10 working days to process your items, this includes inspecting, sorting, photographing and listing them on our website.
You can choose to have your items returned to you (you will need to pay $12.00 for postage and admin fees) or let us package them up to be given to those who need them.
Any sale items can not be returned and are non-refundable. If you are unsure about sizing or fit please contact us to discuss.
Purchases:
We are unable to provide cash refunds unless the item is faulty or not as described online.
If an item doesn't fit we are happy to process an exchange or issue you store credit.
Please return your item back to us within 14 working days of you receiving it.
Please return your package via Track & Trace methods only.

Please note: &again is not responsible for the payment of the return shipping. If you are wanting to exchange, the cost of the postage for the new garment is at your expense.
